You buy capacity in slots. Your first slot is free; each additional slot is $10/month. Servers fill slots — add or remove paid slots anytime and changes are prorated immediately.
AI credits
The AI Assistant runs on credits. 1 credit = $0.01 (100 credits = US$1). Every new account gets free welcome credits to try the assistant, plus monthly credits for each paid slot; buy more anytime when you need them.

Billing terms
- Prices are shown in your local currency (USD, EUR, or GBP) based on your location.
- Server slots are billed monthly as a recurring subscription. The first server slot is free.
- Adding or removing paid slots takes effect immediately and is prorated.
- Payments are securely handled by Paddle, our merchant of record; any applicable taxes are added at checkout, and we never store your full card details.

What is CentralHost? +
CentralHost is a centralized operations platform for Linux server fleets. It lets hosting providers, sysadmins and MSPs monitor, troubleshoot, secure and operate their servers from a single web interface, with an AI assistant at the center.
Do I need a credit card to start? +
No. Your first server is free and you can start without entering payment details. You only pay when you add paid capacity or buy AI credits.
What operating systems are supported? +
CentralHost manages Linux servers: Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux and RHEL/CentOS — broadly, any Linux with systemd. The agent is a lightweight, statically-linked daemon shipped as a .deb and .rpm package.
Is my data secure? +
Yes. Communication is encrypted end-to-end, remote access flows through a control plane instead of an open SSH port, and every action the AI takes requires your approval and is logged.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. You can remove paid slots or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
