This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how billing, cancellations and refunds work for the CentralHost Service operated by Pyxsoft Computing Ltd. (London, United Kingdom). All amounts are in US Dollars (USD). This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free first server
Your first server is free. You can use core features of the Service for one server without any charge and without entering payment details.
2. Server subscriptions
Additional server capacity is sold as monthly slots, billed as a recurring subscription at the price shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. When you add or remove paid slots, the change takes effect immediately and your charges are prorated for the remainder of the billing period.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings, or by contacting support@centralhost.sh. When you remove a paid slot or cancel:
- The reduction in capacity is applied immediately and prorated.
- Your servers and agents are not deleted; they keep running.
- You will not be charged for the cancelled capacity in future billing periods.
4. Refunds on subscriptions
Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy of Paddle, our merchant of record. You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of a charge, for any reason, by contacting support@centralhost.sh or Paddle directly. Approved refunds are returned in full to your original payment method.
5. AI credit top-ups
AI credit top-ups are one-time purchases, and purchased credits do not expire. You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. As set out in Paddle's terms, this 14-day right may not apply once you have started using or benefiting from the credits purchased.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable to you, including any mandatory right to cancel or to a refund.
7. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, our payment provider Paddle may retry it. If payment cannot be collected, we will not delete your servers; instead, certain paid features (such as the AI assistant and monitoring alerts) may be paused until payment is restored. Once payment succeeds, full access is restored.
8. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
